Your child's safety is our primary concern. We research and carefully select products that are JPMA (Juvenile Products Manufacturer's Association) certified and highly recommended by Consumer Reports. Warranties are promptly sent in so we can be notified of any recalls, which we also track on the Consumer Reports website.
Items are given a complete safety inspection on the morning of delivery and during the cleaning process; if there are any issues with any delivered items please call and we will replace the item. All items are diligently cleaned and sanitized between each rental; crib linens and car seat covers are washed in Free and Clear detergent.
We provide a BeddieBye Wearable Safety Blanket by Kiddopotamus as a safe alternative to loose bedding for all babies up to 15 months, 24 lbs. and 31" tall.
Breathable mesh bumpers to allow for airflow and visibility while keeping your infant's arms and legs safely inside the crib or regular bumpers are available.

DO YOU INSTALL CAR SEATS?
We do not have a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician on staff at this time. The instruction manuals are provided with every rental and are also attached to the side of each car seat.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) recommendations:
Birth to12 months: Your child under age 1 should always ride in a rear-facing car seat. Infant-only car seats are to be used rear facing. Convertible car seats have higher height and weight limits for the rear-facing position, allowing you to keep your child rear-facing for a longer period of time.
1-3 years: Keep your child rear-facing as long as possible. It's the best way to keep him or her safe. Your child should remain in a rear-facing car seat until he or she reaches the top height or weight limit allowed by your car seat's manufacturer. Once your child outgrows the rear-facing car seat, your child is ready to travel in a front-facing car seat with a harness.
4-7 years: Keep your child in a forward-facing car seat with a harness until he or she reaches the top height or weight limit allowed by your car seat's manufacturer. Once your child outgrows the forward-facing car seat with a harness, it's time to travel in a booster seat, but still in the back seat.
8-12 years: Keep your child in a booster seat until he or she is big enough to fit in a seat belt properly. For a seat belt to fit properly the lap belt must lie snugly across the upper thighs, not the stomach. The shoulder belt should lie across the shoulder and chest and not cross the neck or face. Remember: your child should still ride in the back seat because it's safer there.
Height, Weight and Age References for the California Car Seat Law:
For a newborn or infant up to 20-35 pounds until at least one (1) year of age and twenty (20) pounds in the back seat
Car Seat may never be facing forward
A child must be over one (1) year of age and weight at least twenty (20) pounds
Facing forward only
The child must weight over forty (40) pounds
Booster Seats must be used with both lap and shoulder belts
The lap belt should fit low and tight across hips
The shoulder belt should cross the collar bone and center of chest
Effective January 1st, 2012 children under the age of eight (8) or under four (4) feet, nine (9) inches tall must be properly secured in the rear seat of a vehicle with child passenger restraint system
