IS YOUR EQUIPMENT SAFE AND CLEAN ?
Your
child's safety is our primary concern.
We research and carefully select products
which are JPMA (Juvenile Products Manufacturer's
Association) certified and highly recommended
by Consumer Reports. Warranties are promptly
sent in so we can be notified of any recalls,
which we also track on the Consumer Reports
website.
Items
are given a complete safety inspection
on the morning of delivery and again at
the end of a rental, and are cleaned and
sanitized according to the California
Department of Health regulations for children's
products.
We provide a BeddieBye Wearable Safety
Blanket by Kiddopotamus as a safe alternative
to loose bedding for all babies up to
15 months, 24 lbs. and 31" tall.
Our
bumpers are made of breathable mesh to
allow for airflow and visability, while
keeping your infant's arms and legs safely
inside the crib. A regular bumper is also available if preferred.
2. DO YOU
DELIVER TO THE AIRPORT?
No,
we are unable to deliver to the airport
due to FAA security policies.
3.
CAN WE PICK UP THE RENTAL ITEMS OURSELVES?
Yes; all items except for the Full Size Crib and the Compact Portable
Crib can be picked up from our personal residence; please call us to
arrange the time. We are located within a few miles of San Diego
International Airport.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT PROCESS ?
Your
credit card transaction will be processed
by PayPal.
PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American
Express and Discover cards. If you
already have your own account at PayPal
you can pay directly from it. We
can also take credit card info by phone,
which we submit securely to PayPal.
Payment by check or cash is also accepted in the case of picking up
items directly from us; we just need to take credit card information and
see a driver's licence.
6.
DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACOUNT TO PAY WITH
MY CREDIT CARD?
NO. PayPal will merely process the
transaction for us.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR EXTENDED STAYS
?
Absolutely. Please contact us for
more information. We will always try to
make your stay as affordable and hassle
free as possible.
8.
WE HAVE DECIDED TO STAY LONGER; CAN WE
EXTEND OUR RENTAL TERM ?
Of course. Please note however,
you must call us at least 24 hours before
the originally scheduled pick-up time
for us to accommodate rental extensions
and to avoid incurring additional pick-up
fees.
Extensions of rental terms are subject
to availability of items.
9. DO YOU
INSTALL CAR SEATS ?
No,
we do not install car seats however we
will provide instructions for proper installation
or you may view the Child Passenger Safety

10.
ARE YOU INSURED ?
Yes we are fully insured. Please
read the terms and conditions in the Rental
Contract.
