• Toddler's Travels offers both individual items and discounted packages of baby equipment for rent on a daily, weekly and long-term basis. Baby gear includes full-size crib rentals, travel crib rentals, toddler bed rentals, stroller rentals, car seat rentals, booster seat rentals, age-appropriate toys for sale, high chair rentals, playpen rentals, and more.
• It is preferred that orders be placed online using our shopping cart however if you do not have easy access or are uncomfortable using a computer, please call our office between the hours of 8:30-4:30 pm PST daily. Toddler's Travels is closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day; items can be delivered a day or two earlier than these two holidays to accommodate your travel plans.
• Items may be rented for one day however there is a 2 day minimum fee applied due to time/effort put into sanitizing all items.
• Rentals between 5-7 days will be charged the flat week rate. Call for quotes on long-term rentals.
• If you need equipment within the next 3 days, please call 619-688-9655 to check on availability of items and delivery service, as well as submit your order online.

Delivery

• Delivery charges: Toddler's Travels will deliver anywhere within San Diego County, with delivery charges beginning at $25.00. Delivery/pick up is available 7 days/week between the hours of 8:30am-4:30pm. Deliveries/pick ups outside of those hours will incur an additional $25-$40 fee and are subject to availability
• Scheduling: We will call to schedule a 1-2 hour window for delivery/pick up with you or the property manager/family member one to two days prior to your arrival/departure. To assist us with scheduling, it is important that you check your cell phone or call 619-688-9655 a couple of days prior to your departure day. While we will attempt to deliver and pick up the baby equipment as close as possible to your preferred time, it is not always possible to accommodate everyone. Please call us if you have any questions regarding delivery or pick up.
• We can deliver to your accommodation (hotel, resort, beach condo, residence, etc.). Please notify appropriate contact person in advance, that Toddler's Travels will be delivering your baby items.
• Although we try to deliver prior to your arrival and pick up after your departure, this service is subject to the accommodation manager's operating policies.

  or $45 otherwise:

  Del Mar, Encinitas, Cardiff by the Sea, Solana Beach, Rancho Santa Fe (92067), Carmel Valley, Rancho Penosquitos, Rancho Bernardo, Poway, Jamul, Alpine, East Lake, Santee (92071), outer El Cajon (92019, 92021), Fallbrook, and Lakeside.

  
  

  Zone 4: Fee is $75 with minimum order of $100.
  For orders over $200 the fee is reduced to $45:

  Dulzura (91917), Valley Center (92082), San Onofre (92055), Ramona (92065), Temecula (92591, 92592), Murrietta (92563), Rancho Santa Rosa (92590), San Clemente (92672), Dana Point (92624, Capistrano Beach (92624). Please call to discuss orders for lesser amounts or for delivery to locations not listed.

• Delivery/pick-up fees begin at $25. Orders of $200 or more receive free delivery anywhere within San Diego county. Deliveries/pickups made outside of our hours of 8:30am - 4:30pm PST will incur an additional $25-40 fee and are subject to availability. Special delivery accommodations must be arranged prior to the renter's travel dates. Orders placed on the same day that delivery is required may incur an additional $15-$25 fee.
• Renters who place an order online will receive an email copy of their order; you will be contacted within 24 hours if any item is not available for the dates reserved. If you are not contacted, please consider your email as a confirmation of your order.
• If we have any questions, such as information on a contact where you will be staying so we can arrange delivery - or where to set up the crib, we'll call you.

Customer Pick Ups

• Avoid delivery fees and pick up your rental items from one of our convenient locations. Be sure to check the box on the order form (just under the dates) stating "customer will pick-up." The central San Diego location is approximately 10 minutes drive from the airport and located at 3320 Dale St, San Diego, Ca 92104; you are coming to our home, not a store front. Items are placed on our porch by 9 am with a name tag attached; please sign the sign-in sheet when picking up and returning items and place out of view from the street as much as possible.
• Please respect our home life by not dropping items off after 6 pm or entering our home.
• Please call if you have a request to drop items off later than 6 pm.

• Our North County location is in San Marcos, only 10 minutes drive from Legoland or Carlsbad Beach. Please call Cory at 619-729-7058 for directions.

Delivering to Car Rental Agencies/Airport

• For delivery/pick up arrangements to a car rental agency, please provide the arrival time of your flight. Once you have picked up your luggage and are ready to get on the car rental shuttle call 619-688-9655.
• It will take approximately 10-15 minutes for you and us to arrive at the car rental- look for a white delivery van with our logo on it.
• Likewise for Departure Day, provide the time you plan to return the car on the notes section of the order form or in an email, and please call 619-688-9655 15 minutes prior to arrival time at the car rental agency.
• Please email that you are aware of this delivery process.
• Delivery to the airport car rental agency as well as your accommodation can be provided with an extra delivery fee applied (please refer to the delivery zone map provided below).
