• Toddler's Travels offers both individual items and discounted packages of baby equipment for rent on a daily, weekly and long-term basis. Baby gear includes full-size crib rentals, travel crib rentals, toddler bed rentals, stroller rentals, car seat rentals, booster seat rentals, age-appropriate toy rentals, high chair rentals, playpen rentals, and more.
• Orders can be placed online on this website or by calling our office between the hours of 8:30 am - 4:30 pm PST daily.
• There is a 2-day minimum on all orders.
• Rentals between 5-7 days will be charged the flat week rate. A discounted additional day rate is applied to rentals over 7 days. Call for quotes on long-term rentals.

Delivery

• On the order form please specify your preferred 4 hour window for delivery and pick-up times. We will call you or the property manager the day prior to your arrival/departure to provide a 1-2 hour window for delivery or pick-up. While we will attempt to deliver and pick up the baby equipment as close as possible to your preferred time, it is not always possible to accommodate everyone. Please call us if you have any questions regarding delivery or pick up.
• For customers picking up items directly from our location, please check the "client will pick up" box on the order form. Items are picked up and returned to our home, not a store; a Google map with our address is available on the Contact us page. Items are placed on our porch with a name tag attached; please sign the sign-in sheet when picking up and returning items and place out of view from the street.
• Orders over $125 receive complimentary delivery and pick-up within the city of San Diego, and discounted rates for North and East County locations. Contact our office at (619)688-9655 for specific rates.
• Toddler's Travels will deliver anywhere within San Diego County, with delivery charges beginning at $30.00 with a $50 minimum order. Delivery/pick up is available 7 days/week between the hours of 8:30am-4:30pm. Deliveries/pick ups outside of those hours will incur an additional $15-$25 fee and are subject to availability; please call us to discuss prior to making your reservation. Orders made the same day that delivery is required may also incur an additional $15-$25 fee.
• For delivery/pick up arrangements to a car rental agency, please provide the arrival time of your flight and the time you plan to return the car on departure day. Once you have picked up your luggage and are ready to get on the car rental shuttle call 619-301-6303. It will take approximately 10-15 minutes for you and us to arrive at the car rental- look for a white delivery van with our logo on it. Likewise on departure day, please call us 15 minutes prior to arrival time at the car rental agency. Please call us at 619-688-9655 or email that you are aware of this delivery process.
• We can deliver to your accommodation (hotel, resort, beach condo, residence, etc.). Please notify the hotel concierge, accommodation manager or private residence host, in advance, that Toddler's Travels will be delivering your baby items; we will communicate by telephone to arrange details as necessary.
• Although we try to deliver prior to your arrival and pick up after your departure, this service is subject to the accommodation manager's operating policies.
• When the equipment is delivered, we will arrange a time for Toddler's Travels to pick up the equipment you have rented.
• If we have any questions, such as information on a contact where you will be staying so we can arrange delivery - or where to set up the crib, we'll call you.
